The Testimonial Committee would like to thank everyone that contributed to making Dougie's testimonial so successful.
We could not have arranged the three very successful and highly enjoyable events without the support and involvement
we've had from so many companies and individuals.
From the directors and owners of Motherwell Football Club, to all of the club's employees from the different areas
of ticketing, catering, bar services, accounts, web site, sales & marketing. To all of the celebrities and players
that took part, giving their time and energy freely to support Dougie's events. To stewards, police, ambulance,
ground and backroom staff - thank you so much.
Thanks to the Hilton hotel and Carluke Golf Club for hosting the dinner dance and golf days respectively. Thank you
to our many sponsors and partner companies, including many media people that helped to publicise events.
And thanks to the fans that supported our efforts so well and showed their affection for Dougie. We are pleased to
announce that the proceeds from the half-time draw have been rounded up by the committee to come to £1,000 and an
additional auction prize kindly donated by Tam Cowan also went for £700 - ALL of these proceeds will now be donated
to the young surviving family of the late Jamie Dolan.
The committee would like to thank each and every one of the amazing people that provided their services, committment,
support and assistance in making Dougie's testimonial so successful and enjoyable - we could not have done it without you.
