Come along and join Real Radio’s Mark Martin at the Men’s Health Forum Scotland 10k for men 2010.
The MHFS 10K happens every year on Father’s Day in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow. This year it’s taking place on Sunday 20th June at 10am.
It’s open to all men aged 15 and over, so guys ditch those remotes for your running gear for the fifth annual MHFS 10K for men.
Real Radio’s Mark Martin is looking forward to start his training for the run as he loves a good challenge.
